Product Description
Introduce students to some the most common weather instruments that meteorologists use with this mini-lesson. The lesson begins by introducing the job of a meteorologist and then proceeds to explain some of the tools they use to measure and predict the weather.

Weather Tools Included:
♦ Thermometer
♦ Rain Gauge
♦ WInd Vane
♦ Wind Sock
♦ Anemometer
♦ Hygrometer
♦ Barometer

When I taught second grade, I would use this mini-lesson during my weather unit. I would not just present these instruments digitally, but made every effort to also allow students to see and touch real-life examples of these weather instruments.

If you have any questions or concerns about this project, please leave me a note in the questions/comments tab and I will get back to you as soon as possible!
