An introduction to one of the world's most powerful storms-blizzards. Storms include the Storm of the Century of March 1993, the Blizzard of 1978, the Blizzard of 1996, various Presidents Day snowstorms, and the historic snowstorm of 1899.

Cut and paste or Velcro and laminate for special education applications and alternative assessments.

Within the classroom, this activity has been consistently very successful and acclaimed by students in grades 5th – 9th within multiple types of schools - public, private, and charter.

Even used as a small introductory activity to higher level meteorology specific to snowstorms.

This work has also been shared at workshops, in-services, and conferences.

Great feedback from curriculum field professionals (meteorologists).
