-Land versus Water
-Air Masses and Wind Direction

-Various Weather Conditions (Humidity, Dewpoint, Cloudiness, Precipiation, etc.)
-Students can evaluate and/or BUILD a fictional continent. This fictional continent consists of 6 cities with similar and different characteristics. Students then arrange each city from warmest to coolest then assigning temperature terminology, and the dominant variables responsible for the possible temperature.
Very special cut and paste, Smartboard, or Velcro and laminate activity that challenges many learners based on how the information is presented. The instructor decides the difficulty! This has been used science day with high marks and acclaim.
