Product Description
In this experiment, students will observe how physical weathering effects rocks. Students will shake up a container filled with rocks & water and periodically take out the rocks to observe what changes have occurred.

Supplies
- Water
- 2-3 Liter container with opening big enough for rocks to fit through
- 14 soft rocks (Lava rocks or sandstone/limestone rocks work great) p.s. Lava rock will probably be the cheapest and easiest to find. Most hardware stores sell a 20 lb bag for around $2-3

This experiment can get a little messy if the containers do not seal very well but students really enjoy it!
