Weathering and erosion note organizer covering the processes of mechanical weathering, chemical weathering, AND erosion.

Mechanical weathering processes include ice wedging, frost action, plant and root action, abrasion, spheroidal weathering, exfoliation, and wetting and drying.

Chemical weathering processes include carbonic acid, natural acids, hydrolysis, and oxidation. Additionally, these notes cover the nature of science (scientific method) principles by applying concepts to observations. Answers are color coded!

Dive deeper into mechanical and chemical weather through the application of geography, climate, and specific areas within North America. There is even a graphical analysis and application activity. It’s truly awesome!
