This Weekly Behavior Chart makes it easy to keep your students' parents informed about their behavior in class. Each day of the week has a box that is colored by the student according to his/her daily behavior. A key is provided that describes the behavior. (Yellow = I needed a warning.) If the student makes a poor choice (as listed on the chart), I simply write the number that matches the infraction in that day's box. For example, if the student is out of his/her seat without permission on Monday, I write a number 3 inside Monday's box. (Poor choice 3. Out of Seat) Both the student and the parent are able to see exactly what occured that day in class. Space is provided at the bottom for a parent signature and comments.
