Weekly Behavior Charts and Tally Sheets for Behavior Management at School and/or Home
Every teacher needs efficient charts and checklists to communicate and document student behavior in the classroom to parents. Bonus - this resource now includes Behavior Tally Sheets to keep track of positive behavior!
For Use at School - Teachers: Use this practical chart on a daily basis and send it home to report back to your students' parents in a timely fashion.
For Use at Home - Parents: Invite your children to complete this chart as a self-reflection tool of their own behavior.
Simply circle one of the faces beneath each weekday so children understand how their behavior has been evaluated. Then check off the appropriate description boxes and add any additional notes in the provided section - optional.
The Tally sheets can be filled with reward stickers or colored in by children when they show positive behavior or have a great day.
