Use this to communicate daily and weekly behaviors to parents/guardians.
There is a place for the teacher to check several options regarding behavior, a place for parent/guardian initials, and a place for any notes!
There is also a place next to the day (M, T, W, T, or F) where you can put a letter grade (A or S+) as an overall average of the day.
I created this for my own Kindergarten class and after deeming it successful, decided to share!
Sometimes you need parents/guardians to know the specific behaviors their child was exhibiting that day.

Weekly behavior log
LOVE IT! This resource was very helpful with behavior.
This was great to keep track of behaviors throughout the week. I kept it in their take home folder and the parents were able to keep track as well and know what was happening in the classroom.
This routines and procedures tool was a lifesaver in my third grade classroom! It helped me set clear expectations from day one and kept our days running smoothly. My students responded so well to the structure and consistency it provided. It made transitions easier, minimized behavior issues, and created a calm, focused learning environment. I highly recommend it!
