Weekly Behaviour Charts and Tally Sheets for Behaviour Management at School and/or Home
Efficient charts and checklists used to communicate and document student behaviour in the classroom to parents. Now includes various Behaviour Tally Sheets to keep track of their positive behaviour.
For Use at School - Teachers: Use this practical chart on a daily basis and send it home to report back to your students' parents in a timely fashion.
For Use at Home - Parents: Invite your children to complete this chart as a self-reflection tool of their own behaviour.
Simply circle one of the faces beneath each weekday so children understand how their behaviour has been evaluated. Then check off the appropriate description boxes and add any additional notes in the provided section - optional.
The Tally sheets can be filled with reward stickers or coloured in by children when they show positive behaviour or have a great day.
