This is what is used in the OZClassroom Hacks classroom. We have two levels that plan as a team once a week. We type into the Level planner and differentiate for the two levels. This is then sent out and we basically copy and paste what relates to our level into our Classroom weekly planners. I have included a thumbnail pic of what the finished weekly planner looks like so you have an example, as everything gets colour coded. Weekly planners are then displayed in our rooms. As this planner is done in Excel, it can (as I do) be emailed to yourself, then opened and saved on your iPad in Excel app. This means I have a version I can enlarge for easy reading.
These planners can be adjusted with cells merged into one to fit your time table or focus. To do this you simply drag the text box from the cells you want to merge to the side, highlight these two cells and then in HOME, click on Merge&Centre-scroll down to Merge Cells. This makes one big cell. I then drag back one of the text boxes ad drag it down to enlarge it to fit the cell.I delete the other text box not needed. There are plenty of fantastic teaching planners out there, but i kept finding that many required ongoing payments. They look great and I'm sure do lots, but I juts want something basic that I can fill with as much detail as possible and display so I know at all times what I doing. I love the bonus of being able to store on my iPad and it has become an extension of my arm!
Hopefully these can be of help to you. Adjust to suit your needs, but the basics are there so you don't have to spend time creating.
