This Weekly Goal Card is designed to help students with self-monitoring of their behavior. You can use this for an individual student or a few. The teacher should work with the student to establish a weekly goal of points to earn. When the goal is met, provide some sort of reward. Raise the goal each week, and eventually wean student from the need of a goal card. I've used this goal card as a communication tool with parents. Parents may also set a reward to be earned at home. Works well!
