Weekly Goal Sheets help keep students on task and allows them to have control over their own schedule. These are also a great way to teach time management and responsibility.
We use them at the beginning of the week to allow students to know what they need to accomplish each week and work with each one to come up with a firm plan of how they are going to get that work done. They can also check off each day & see how they are doing as well as evaluate their own personal character goals through the reflection time. There is a space for notes which can be used by the student or the instructor.
I keep these completed goal sheets in the student's binders so they can see their progress and how their choices affected their goals.
This is a freebie sample of my Weekly Goal Sheets. The full, electronic fillable version can be found here: Weekly Goal Sheets - Fillable
