This is a monitoring tool for students to fill in their grades in every subject on a weekly basis. The students set goals at the beginning of the quarter and monitor their progress throughout the quarter. After writing down their grades students can reflect on subject or assignments they are celebrating as well as subjects and assignments they need to focus on or improve. I made this for my students to meet the school wide goal of having students self-monitor their learning. It works well with struggling students and students with IEPS that need visual lists of what they need to work on. This can be used as a way to increase school home communication if you use the last row of boxes as a place for parents to sign on a weekly basis. Counselors and Administrators could use this as they mentor and monitor small groups of students.
