Weekly Plan Template

Product Description
My teaching schedule is different from day to day. Using a classic, pre-printed plan book has never worked for me, so I use a basic table in Word to create a custom template each year.

My template includes a 2-page spread that includes a column for each day and a column on the right. I use this space for a To Do list (including the things I know I will need to do each week), but you could use it to split students into small groups, record data, plan meals, or anything else that works for you!

This is a simple, basic table. I've included it in .pdf, .doc, and .docx formats so that you can customize the table to your needs.

My plan pages help to keep me organized, and I hope they'll help you too! If you need tips for customizing this lesson plan format, using the template to create easy sub plans, or requesting a custom plan format from me, be sure to check out my blog:

My lesson plan freebie post has been viewed over 100,000 times, and the template has been used by teachers, homeschool teachers, stay at home moms, and more. I hope it helps you get organized!
