You are a great teacher because you reflect on your lessons daily! Use this template to make your reflecting easy and organized.
After each lesson consider:
• Did my lesson go well today? If not, what went wrong? If yes, what went well?
• Did I use the most effective method to teach the content in this lesson? If not what do I need to do better next time?
• Were their learning gaps observed? If so, where did they occur and which students need more instructional/practice time?
Reflecting on my lessons daily strengthened my teaching skills and it can happen for you too! Each day of teaching, ask yourself, “How will today’s lesson help my students reach the course goals?” I taught ELA for 1st and 6th periods and whatever went wrong during 1st period I made adjustments by 6th period. This all occurred because of my daily lesson reflecting!
