Each weekly reading log asks one quick question per day. The questions are designed for short answers and let you see if the students are actually reading the books or just writing page numbers in a log.
Questions are for any literature and may be reused throughout the year. By the time you reassign the first log, nine weeks will have passed and the students will be reading a different book. The answers will not be the same.
Questions include character analysis, setting, plot, summarizing, main idea, comparing characters, how characters change, predicting, problem and solution, setting identification, and comparing settings.
