Do you ever get to a point during they year where you just don't know what's going on? There are assemblies and teacher conferences and meetings that are popping up left and right. You can't remember if you submitted your lesson plans or entered any grades, and you just feel crazy. If you have never felt that way then I need you to share your secret. For those of you who have felt that way I've created what I call the Weekly Teacher Page. It's a place for you to jot down all the things that are happening throughout the week and a place for you to record your to do list. It's a single page that you can print out at the beginning of the week and keep on or near your desk all week long. You can add to it as situations pop up. Hopefully it will give you a little piece of mind and help keep your life in order.
It includes 6 different sections. The first section records what week it is during the course of the six or nine weeks. It has a section called Set in Stone where you will check off when you complete your grades for the week and your lesson plans for next week. In the Out of the Ordinary section you will write those random things that pop up during the week that don't normally happen. There's a long To Do list section that has plenty of space for you to write down those things that need to be done. There's a space for you to write any meetings or conferences you have, and the last section is for student documentation. It's a place for you to quickly write down incidents with students so you can move on with your lesson and handle the situation later.
I also included a set of dividers. I am always looking for dividers, but I hate writing on them and it takes forever to figure out how to print them. So I figured out a way to create my own. You can print them out on any color paper and slide them into a page protector. I hope you like them!
A lot of thought went in to creating this document, so I ask two things of you. 1: Please don't share this document with others. Show your fellow teachers what it is and ask them to purchase their own copy from my store. You can print the Weekly Teacher Page over and over again for many years. 2: Leave a comment. If you feel there is something I can add while keeping the document as universal as possible, let me know.
Thank you for stopping by my store and looking at my product :)
