This weekly to do page goes into my planner, which is organized by weeks. This form is on the left side and my weekly schedule is on the right side (when my planner is open). I like to categorize what I need to do each week:
- To Schedule (for servicing students and meetings)
- Supports & Interventions (to create or update)
- Reports/IEPs/Plans (to complete or work on this week)
- SEL (Committee)/Teams/Building (action items)
- Important This Week
- Calls & Emails
- Notes section
A PDF version and an editable* version are included in this listing, as your To Do's might be different than mine.
* I use Pages on Mac, so that file is then converted to Word. The margins, font, etc. might need some fixing.
