PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is a weekly tracker that a student can keep track of their feelings each day while at school. This is a good tool for a student who may have difficulties with controlling their emotions at school.

I have also used this lesson while teaching life skills, which would be within the first couple hours of school. Each student can track how they are feeling in the moment and discuss with a peer/teacher as to why they feel that way-and ways to make them feel better if they are upset. It's a good conversation starter for daily check-ins or group discussions about feelings/emotions, as well as a good problem-solving tool for turning an uncomfortable feeling into a positive.


At the bottom of the page are a list of strategies the student can use when they feel upset.

*Happy
*Angry/Mad
*Sad
*Scared/Nervous

Strategies:
*Take deep breaths
*Mediate (close eyes and take deep breaths)
*Draw a picture
*Tell a teacher or journal write to the teacher
*Take a walk or exercise break (movement break)
