The Weekly Tweet Form is something that can be used as a quick end-of-the-week assessment. You can use it as a non-graded formative piece or a graded assignment to determine how well your students understand the topic you’ve been discussing recently. I used it in my own classroom for an entire year, having weekly hashtags such as #FigurativeLanguage and #irony.
If, after downloading this free form, that allows you to cut it in half for two tweet sheets per sheet, you like the idea, but can’t figure out different hashtags to use, check out my store for the “Weekly Tweet Hashtag List” - a list of over 35 hashtags that I used in my own classroom. Happy Tweeting!
As always, A Teacher’s Teacher aims to provide you with useful tools that will help in the classroom. To this end, all files are provided in multiple formats for both easy access (.pdf) as well as editing and modifying for your own classroom needs (.docx).
