PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Every good weights program needs a system to track and record data. By using this lifting spreadsheet, your athletes can be held more accountable for what they are doing in the weight room. Simply fill out the "Recorded Max" section of the core lifts on the table and all other numbers on the sheet will populate automatically. This will create a table that suggests certain lift loads for individual athletes. For instance, if your program calls for a 80% bench day, and your athlete has a bench max of 295lbs, he can simply glance at his personalized card and see this calls for benching about 235lbs that day. Cards can be printed off so each athlete has open access to track performance and shoot for a targeted loads according to you program. Formulas and lifts can be adjusted as needed to suit your own weights program. Once you purchase, the spreadsheet is yours to do as you please! You can always contact me if you have any questions! steen.danielsen@usd262.net I will gladly share how we have used this system in our weight room.
