A good ice breaker/community builder to get the class up and moving after coming back from a break. Was originally designed to work as an activity after coming back from winter break, but could be modified for summer or spring breaks as well. Includes 9 unique discussion questions for students.
Directions: "When the music starts, get up and mingle or dance. When the music stops, make eye-contact with a classmate then take turns asking each other the next question on the sheet. Write down a note about their answer. Ask one question per partner, and find a new partner every time the music stops."
No prep required! Just print, select some music, and get the class up and moving, and talking with one another.
Appropriate for a wide age range, I used in my high school classroom but could definitely be utilized in younger classrooms without modification.
