I am using this sign to Welcome my students back to school. I will leave it up all year to welcome others as they enter our classroom.
All students love to see their name on the door during open house or the first day of school. So, I created name cards to display their names on the door.
I printed the Welcome sign on 8x11 card stock and laminated it. I printed the name cards on card stock and laminated them. You could use regular paper, I wanted to be able to use mine more than once, hopefully! I then wrote my students name with a silver sharpie. This way I can erase and rewrite the names if necessary.
I have included a sign for Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade.
All backgrounds on the sign pages are stripes.
I also have this Welcome sign with chevron and polka dots as the background.
