Need to practice "Who?" questions? Want real photos? How about helping students understand how to describe a job in a sentences? I've got you covered with this resource.
Real photos are everything to my instruction to drive concepts home to students. This is the BOOM CARD VERSION, which uses the BOOM website and allows educators to advance slide by slide, building on vocabulary to end a prompt with two sentences: one sentence that names the profession and answers the "WHO" question and the second sentence describes an action that someone takes who has that job.
With this resource you can also target the present progressive (is/are + verb -ing) verb tense and also work on the pronouns "he" and "she." Make the verbs come alive with real photos. 20 real photos are used with four slides per each photo to reinforce the assembly of the sentence -- and to get plenty of practice. People of color are used to show students the variety of different jobs available to all people.
