The goal of this packet is to help students to identify what is in their control and cannot control. Kids do not feel like they have a lot of control over their lives. They are told what rules to follow at home and school, how late they can stay up, and when it’s time to eat. Even though they cannot control everything that happens, they can control how they respond. Students have the opportunity to practice and learn skills to better cope with stress, change and worries using the worksheets and scenario cards in this packet.
