PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This pirate-themed game targets composing and decomposing numbers. Students hunt for number treasure as they form combinations of numbers which add up to the target number. If they're lucky they’ll dig up a handful of gems and get an extra turn. But beware of the sneaky parrot—he’s always looking for a gem to steal!
8 number boards are included - Make 10, 12, 15 and 20 for both 2 and 3 addends. Cute treasure chest boards are used to collect the colorful gems, and the chance for extra turns or stealing another players gem adds excitement. Students will have to put on their thinking caps in addition to their pirate hats, to find all the possible number combinations which add up to the target number.
A black and white version is also included.
