Students will have fun while learning all about rhyming using the resources in this unit. There are 50 pages worth of resources to choose from, ensuring there is something for every classroom! It includes posters, brainstorming pages, writing pages and a game, all differentiated so you can cater to all your students' needs.

Resources include:

* Posters: There are 2 different posters included. One is half a page and has the sentence and a matching picture. The other one is like the brainstorming page, but filled in with pictures, words and sentences.

* Brainstorming Pages: Print this page out or display it on your whiteboard. Work as a class to brainstorm words that rhyme with the animal picture. Then think of a sentence using the rhyming words. There are 2 versions included, one with a sentence starter and rhyming picture already on the page and one with a sentence starter and a space to draw or stick they rhyming picture after the students have thought of the sentence.

* Writing Pages: There are different writing pages included. There are differentiated pages for students to write their rhyming story. Some including sentence starters and some with just lines. There is a making connections page for students to complete. There is also another writing page for students to tell us about their own pets.

* Game: Students read the sentences and find the matching pictures. There are 2 sentences that make a rhyming story. Example: I want a bear. Who sleeps in a chair. They have to find the picture or the bear and the chair and put them together with the rhyming story.
