Product Description

***NOW DIGITAL*** Get this worksheet and my whole store FREE! Use this worksheet to explain the mole concept, Avogadro's number, Mole Day, atoms, or molecules. Students will ask, "What is a mole?" and you will answer some variation of, "It is 6.022 x 10^23 molecules." Then the students will ask you, "But what does that meeeaaan?"

And now you are here at this worksheet.

Use this worksheet to show them that we don't say, "Use 4 sticks of butter." We say, "Use a pound of butter." It is just an easier way to say a ridiculously large number. They will accept that. Students like easy. :)

***Did your chemistry class go to distance learning? I created a TpT Digital Activity using this worksheet that is all ready to go for you. I've already typed the instructions and added the answer boxes to save you time. Of course, you can edit or completely change the way I've written the instructions. How cool is that? Assign it via Google classroom. See the how to video here.***
