This board game aims at revising pieces of furniture (bed, bathtub, chair, armchair, sofa, table, bookcase, lamp, vase), colours (yellow, red, pink, purple, white, black, green, blue, brown), indefinite articles a/an, structure "I have a/an..."
Explain to your students they have just moved to a new place and need to get new furniture. They throw the dice (I have a handmade with 3 dots maximum), move their counters, name the piece of furniture with its colour (e.g. a black vase) and tick it on their furniture cards. When they reach "choose what you need" square, they can tick any piece of furniture they lack or want to have.
The winner is the one who has the best- or most practically furnished place!
To sum the exercise up, each student describes what he has got.
