Product Description
This activity can be used as a back to school ice breaker\writing activity. I have included a page with writing lines for students who need that support.

Suggestions for use:
Print the ice cream scoops on pastel colored cardstock. The cone could be printed on tan\light brown card stock. Engage students in a classroom discussion of the various topics. Have students turn and talk to share information with each other. Students could complete using markers or colored pencils. Connect the ice cream cone pieces and use to create an eye-catching bulletin board for your classroom or hallway. It is a great welcoming piece for your first open house or curriculum night!

Optional: Since I am a small group, special education teacher, I often incorporate cooking activities into my lesson planning. After completing this activity, consider making classroom-made ice cream to kick off a “sweet” new school year!

Hope you enjoy this back to school freebie. Visit my store--Making Every Day Count--for more great classroom activities!
