Many students automatically label their feelings as "anger" when that is actually just a mask hiding deeper feelings. This resource is a set of activities to help children learn about the feelings under their anger masks (and other peoples' anger masks!). It's also a great companion to Tom Lichtenheld's What are you so grumpy about?

*Now includes Google Slides(TM) for presentation and activities!

This resource includes:

Slides presentation for teaching the concept

16 scenarios (6 in large format and 10 in small) to use for small group practice, with tracking sheets for accountability

File folder visuals to use as an individual counseling activity, a small group activity in group counseling, or center

• Create your own scenario worksheet and exit ticket
