Main activity- “When and who can I ask for help?”
The students are divided in groups of six. Each group receives a worksheet - “When and who can I ask for help?” There are some situations presented there, when children need help with something. The teacher goes through the worksheet and all of the situations are presented one by one, the teacher leaving time for each group to answer and at the same time to connect the given situation with the given person (one or more), i.e. who they are going to ask help from.
Then each situation in presented, one at a time, and they make the connection between the situation and the person to ask help from.
After that each of the situations is presented in a role play, where one of the students is kindly asking for help and the other student is the person who offers help, and then the first student is thankful for the help offered.
