This is an activity I use when I teach culture in sociology class. Some of the questions are based off of the McGraw Hill Sociology textbook. This could also be used in a human geography class.
I place "Strongly agree," "agree," "undecided" etc. signs around the room and have students physically move to "where they stand." I let people that agree and disagree say why and then make the undecided students move (it's too easy to be undecided). I require each student to participate and share their reasoning three times but can do up to five and get extra credit.
You can do it however you want but I just wanted to give you an example!
