Mollie People help your little people see what two tens their number is between!
Use the work mat in a sheet protector with dry erase markers. For working with numbers up to 100, have students use two 9 sided dice. Their first die will be their number of tens, and their second die will be their number of ones. Once students have their number, they place it correctly on the number line. Students also write the two tens the number is between and the midpoint. Then erase and roll again! The size of the mat makes it easy for you to monitor your students.
I've included two different number line sheets for your use. One has numbers up to 100 and the other up to 120. Also included are handy individual desk size versions which can be laminated.
For working with numbers up to 120, have students use a 10 sided die for the tens and a 20 sided die for the ones.
