I made these when I was ready for the students to start signing up for strategy groups. We use Fountas & Pinnell’s Continuum in our district, so the students each have a copy of it at their reading level in their data folders. The students can put a sticky note with their name on it on the poster that they’d like to focus on during independent reading time. It’s a quick reference for them and me when assessing.
These posters are also great if YOU want to set some goals for students individually—simply laminate and use a Visa-Vis marker to write their names on them.
