This companion has loads of activities that correspond to the book "Where's My Mummy?" It's perfect for a variety of speech and language goals for preschoolers up through elementary!


Page 3: Sequencing- black ink only. Use with crayons, dot markers, etc. to discus key elements of the story as you read. Great for sending home for carryover!

Page 4: Story sequencing mat - black ink only. Place vocabulary cards (from pages 9-11) on each number to sequence where Baby Mummy went throughout the story.

Pages 5-7: Wh- & Yes/No Questions. Contains 18 wh- questions and 12 yes/no questions, each with visual answer choices. Also contains two cover cards to separate the decks.

Pages 9-11: Vocabulary cards. Target key vocabulary from the story, including nouns and verbs. Includes 18 cards plus one cover card.

Pages 12-13: Location concepts. Have students receptively identify or expressively label vocabulary concepts. Contains multiple representations of concepts with multiple characters from the story for added difficulty and trials.

Page 14-15: S-V-O sentence strips. Eight (8) sentence strips to use to describe each character in the story and what he is doing. Includes picture symbols for each word.

Page 16: Repeated text sentence strips. Use visual symbols to encourage students to use the repeated sentences heard in the story.
