NEW! It’s Christmas Eve and nobody knows where Rudolph is!
Where’s Rudolph? is a readers theater about Santa’s famous and most current reindeer. Mrs. Claus (Mrs. C) and the elves do their best to find him just in time for the big trip.
This original readers theater can be performed as a simple script reading, or if you and your students are willing to take on the challenge, turn it into a play.
A readers theater can be an engaging learning tool for practicing and assessing fluency, as well as comprehension; and as a venue for performing in front of an audience, for building confidence in public speaking.
When everyone gets to play a part in a story, they learn to work together as a team.
This script has 13 parts, of which 7 are actual speaking parts. The top 5 characters have the larger speaking parts. This will allow for some differentiation in your classroom.
