Students can use the visual to decide which bills would be appropriate to pay for items from 0-20 dollars. Utilizes a number line. Students need to find the dollar amount (ignoring how many cents, that is why the line from the 5 dollar items goes down the 4, and so on) and drag their finger up to find the appropriate dollar bill to use. I use this to teach the values of different paper money and I shrink it down to wallet size for students who need it in the community. Each page has 2 visuals. Cut in half and laminate.
