PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

For the Kodaly or Orff inspired music classroom.

This is a game for practicing the concepts of a quarter and paired eighth notes (ta, ti-ti) in combination with pitch patterns comprising so and mi. Each of the 12 game pages contains three, 4 beat pitch patterns with an embedded sound file for the students to identify the correct pattern. Each pattern is introduced by 4 drum beats to set the tempo.

The pitch patterns are written using stick notation, with note heads, and the solfa written beneath.

This game could also be used to assess student progress.

This product was created using Adobe Pro 9.
