This game is very similar to the game telephone. It is a fun and interactive way to get kids to do math!
*3 sets of game cards (4 cards per set)
Students will work in groups of four. Each student will receive one card. Students should keep their cards face down until the teacher announces that the students may begin. As soon as the time begins, the student with card #1 will substitute the value of A into their equation and then proceed to solve the equation. His/her answer will give him/her the value for variable B. He/she will whisper this value to the student in their group who has card #2. This process will repeat until the student with card #4 solves for the value of variable E. Once this student knows the value for E, he/she will go to the teacher and whisper his/her answer. The first group to correctly solve for the value of E wins the game!
