Product Description
This is a teacher lap book written with Pre-K, Transitional Kindergarten, and Kindergarten students in mind. We have experienced a lot of fires and flooding recently and I know that this has impacted a lot of teachers and their students. I thought that it would be of benefit to write a book for my Kindergarten friends and then thought I would share it with you. Many times when my own children were little, they would watch Mr. Rogers on PBS and I have always remembered the quote from Mr. Rogers about helpers in times of crisis. “When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, ‘Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.’”
