The Who, What, Where, When, Why, & How Story Map is a simple story map for use in the primary classroom. It features a space for the book title and six boxes for who, what, where, when, why, and how. Students should draw and write within each box, depending upon their abilities.
This may be used as an assessment or as a reading/listening comprehension activity.
