This math game is engaging, interactive, and gives students practice with long division!
Students will be in groups of 3 and 1 person will be on the USF team and another person will be on the UCF team. The two players will be versing each other and they will have to pick a card from their pile and complete the long division problem on a separate piece of paper. The third player is the referee and will be provided a calculator to make sure that the players completed the question correctly. (They can throw a red or yellow flag if the answer is incorrect). The referee also has to keep track of the scoreboard and adding up the points as they go along.
The player who has the highest answer, will get a touchdown and the referee will mark 6 points on the scoreboard. Once all of the cards are completed, the referee will count up the points and see who the winner is!
