PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This file includes an original poem about community helpers {to display on your Smart Board}. It would make a great shared reading for a unit on community helpers. The file also includes the poem {2 to a page} for students to glue into their poetry journals. They can illustrate the poem and write about it to show understanding. This file also includes the poem as a student reader. Students can have their own copy during shared reading and can highlight sight words or a spelling pattern you have been working on.

** This poem is included in my "Helping Hands: Resources to Teach Community Helpers" Pack. Do not purchase this product if you own that pack.
