Each Whodunnit? Mystery is an "all ages," exciting first-person narrative, in the form of a fictional investigation report, that your students read, while role-playing as detectives, to search for clues, and try to figure out which suspect is the culprit!
Your students will love reading each enthralling mystery!
This digital download includes the full case file for The Case of the Jetpack Catastrophe, corresponding writing activity (in the form of a detective's evaluation), and case resolution, at 3 different levels of readability, one for 3rd/4th grade, one for 5th/6th grade, and one for 7th/8th grade. So, differentiation is a snap!
Whodunnit? Mysteries can be used in paper form, or read as a PDF by your students, on your computing device of choice. The writing activity is provided as two versions... one that is ideal for printing, and one that is ideal for use on your student's computer, or tablet, as it is a form-fillable PDF.
Also included is a concise teaching guide, which, if this is your first Whodunnit? Mystery, should get you started right away.
Your download is a .zip file, which when opened, contains multiple PDFs. The case files, evaluation forms, and case resolutions, are all separate files.
This download licenses a single teacher to use the materials with his or her students. If you'd like to share with your fellow teachers, multiple licenses are only $1.99, which is only a third of the cost of the original download!
