Product Description
Students create their own Cold War dinner party in 4 steps:

1. Choose 6 guests from a list (previewed)
2. Arrange guests at a table (students pick the design) according to who will have polite conversation and be able to get along well - this step also includes specifics about each guest (such as what they're wearing and their hometown, etc.)
3. Create the dinner conversation (example included in project)- everyone must ask a questions and receive an appropriate answer - rubric provides criteria for questions and responses (i.e- must include key terminology from class in each question or response, etc.)
4. Content of pockets - identify and describe what each guest has in their pocket and explain why they have it.

This can be used as an individual or partnered daily assessment, as homework, or as part of a unit assessment

Rubric included and provides in depth criteria for scoring each step of the dinner party
