Product Description
In this fun and silly comic strip style note students follow Frank as his story unfolds. As the sentence gets expanded with descriptive language it changes from "Frank sprinted through the dark forest in terror as the zombie snapped at his heels". This is the perfect way to introduce the use of colourful language and to explain why it is important as a writer when you try to paint a picture using words.

This is followed by a student worksheet in which they expand three sentences by adding descriptive language in the same comic strip style. Includes example answers.
