Here is another simple, no-frills worksheet for targeting some of the more difficult WH questions: where, when, and why. This worksheet includes 10 statements containing a time, a place and a reason; each statement is followed by two different questions. This can be used for teaching the difference between question types, baseline data collection, homework, or progress monitoring.
The worksheet was originally created for use with a child with autism but can be used with anyone struggling to differentiate between these types of WH questions.
This item uses my color-coded system for WH questions. "Where" questions appear in green, "when" questions appear in yellow, and "why" questions appear in purple. Let me know if you would like this item without color coding or with different colors.
