PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Do you teach 5th grade SS in Tennessee? Do you need a lesson on why the US entered WWI? Then, this is the product for you!

Included is a 16 pg. introductory lesson (made in PPT, but it is saved as a PDF) with an end of lesson written assessment. I have included an alternative writing assignment as well.

I have worked to create high quality lessons that introduce topics to your students. You could go through the information, then have your students complete the writing assignment independently to assess their knowledge, or as a group discussion.

5.42 Summarize the reasons for American entry into World War I including submarine attacks on the Lusitania and the Zimmerman Telegram.
