What educators are saying

I am working on an Ag History lesson about chickens. The information in this program steered me towards some items I plan to include in the lesson. Thank you!

Description

This resource has students take a look at the economics of chicken farming. The video is a very interesting look at the poultry market, it's history (including the genetic modifications through the years) and how it is that chicken is the world's fastest growing meat supply. It also gets into how the newest breeds of meat chickens can only now survive with human support and technology.

The video is 7 minutes long.
